The 2030 UN Agenda for Sustainable Development
The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, adopted by all United Nations Member States in 2015, provides a shared blueprint for peace and prosperity for people and the planet, now and into the future. The core are the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which are an urgent call for action by all countries in a global partnership.

Bocconi and the UN Agenda 2030 for sustainable development
Bocconi’s most direct contribution to the United Nations 2030 Agenda for sustainable development is in research and teaching, and in particular Quality Education (SDG 4), Gender Equality (SDG 5), Decent Work and Economic Growth (SDG 8), Reduced Inequalities (SDG 10), Sustainable Cities and Communities (SDG 11) and Climate Action (SDG 13). Bocconi University also contributes to the development of multiple fields of study that address, in a multidisciplinary manner, many other SDGs.
